What's the difference between a Personal, Premier or Business PayPal account?

If you are using a Personal PayPal account to collect money, your participants will be able to send you money from their PayPal account. But if you are using a Premier or a Business PayPal account they will be able to additionally send you money just using their debit card or a credit card details.
